If you change your bank card, you can enter a new one from your secure payment link (please see below image):
You’ll be able to find your secure payment link in the order confirmation email sent by Alma, as well as in the emails preceding and following each of your due dates. Please check your spam folder if necessary.
When you add your new bank card, we will ask you to verify it using your bank's 3D Secure authentication procedure. The purpose of this action is to ensure that you are in fact the owner of the card you have entered.
If you encounter any issues adding your new card, you can contact us, quoting the email address and telephone number used when you made your purchase, as well as the amount and date of the transaction.
