Alma is available for your international entities in Germany, Belgium, Spain and Italy without impacting your costs.
If you want your different legal entities to benefit from our solutions, 2 steps to follow:
- Create an account per country and register the company documents
- Integrate the Alma solution
1. Create an account
Stages |
Create an Alma account Each legal entity must have an Alma account. |
Register company documents To validate each entity, please file the documents listed below in the Settings section of the newly created account. |
Germany 🇩🇪 | Erstellen Sie ein Konto |
|
Belgium 🇧🇪 |
- Créer un compte (FR) - Maak een account aan (NL) |
|
Spain 🇪🇸 | Crear una cuenta |
|
Italy 🇮🇹 | Crea un account Alma |
|
2. Integrate the Alma solution
Once its account has been validated, each legal entity has its own API key. You can then choose between different methods depending on your type of integration :
Integration | Option 1 | Option 2 |
API | Carry out the integration of your second API key on your e-commerce in the desired language (HERE). Your accounting flows will be directly distributed between the legal entities. | Use only one API key. The funds will be sent to the IBAN linked to this key. Reconciliations of accounting flows between legal entities must be done on your side via the accounting exports of your Alma Dashboard. |
CMS | If you have a shop by legal entity, integrate the new Alma account on the shop attached to the country's legal entity (Prestashop, Woocommerce, Magento). Your accounting flows will be directly distributed between the legal entities. | If you have a single shop for all your legal entities, you just need to make sure that the Alma module has been updated (Prestashop, Woocommerce, Magento). The funds will be sent to the IBAN linked to the key of the legal entity chosen by you. The reconciliation of accounting flows between legal entities must be done on your side via the accounting exports of your Alma Dashboard. |
